Before the first payment
Stop if any of the following cannot be answered from the current seller or PIKOBUY page.
- Original seller page still opens and matches the spreadsheet item.
- Exact specification, color, size and quantity are selected.
- Measurements or compatibility details have been checked for your use case.
- Item price and seller-to-warehouse domestic shipping are understood.
- You accept that the purchase price is subject to the actual purchase and stock status.
- The item is not prohibited and is suitable for at least one likely route to your destination.
Immediately after the status becomes “In Warehouse”
Start a 120-hour reminder. The official return application window is measured from the next hour after the status changes to “In Warehouse.”
- Confirm the received count, color, size tag and model in warehouse photos.
- Check visible holes, stains, cracks, missing parts and shipping damage.
- Compare the item with the saved seller-page evidence.
- Buy an extra detailed photo if a decision-critical area is hidden.
- Check whether the item is marked eligible for the five-day return service.
- Keep original packaging, labels, seals and accessories intact when resale condition matters.
Before requesting a return
A return is not automatic. PIKOBUY says it can return the item only with the seller's consent, and product/category rules still apply.
- Application is submitted within 120 hours of warehousing.
- Seller offers the return guarantee and the item remains resalable.
- Return reason correctly identifies customer, seller or domestic-shipping responsibility.
- Account balance can cover applicable return shipping and fees.
- For an unconditional warehouse return, budget return shipping + original seller shipping + RMB 5 service fee.
Before the international shipping payment
Use the current shipping estimate rather than a spreadsheet shipping guess.
- Destination country/region is correct.
- Product type is accurately selected.
- Warehouse weight is entered in kilograms.
- Packed length, width and height are entered in centimeters.
- Route delivery estimate and billing method have been compared.
- Packaging request—minimal, reinforced or standard—is intentional.
- Restricted or sensitive contents have been declared and route rules checked.
- Duties, taxes and brokerage costs at destination are budgeted separately.
After dispatch
Save the parcel number and shipping evidence. PIKOBUY's beginner guide says tracking information becomes available within three days after shipment.
- Check tracking during the first three days.
- Inspect outer packaging before accepting or signing where possible.
- Keep photos and account records for any carrier claim.
- Use official PIKOBUY support for order, return, parcel or tracking issues.
